What is a turkey visa?
If you are an Indian citizen, you can visit Turkey visa-free for up to 90 days in a 180-day period. If you are an Indonesian citizen, you can visit Turkey visa-free for up to 30 days in a 90-day period. Additionally, Turkish citizens can also visit India visa-free for up to 60 days in a 180-day period if they have a valid passport and onward ticket.
To qualify for a Turkish visa, your passport must be valid for at least six months beyond your planned departure date from Turkey. You must also have a return or onward ticket. If you are travelling as part of a group of ten people or more, each member of your group must have their own visa.
You must bring your original passport and two photocopies of the pages containing your visas and tickets (if traveling as part of a group). You should also bring evidence that you will be able to support yourself financially while in Turkey (such as documentation of income or membership in an international organization).
Once you have been approved for a Turkish visa, you will need to present this document when entering Turkey. How to Apply for a Turkey Visa
To apply for a visa to Turkey, Indian citizens must first obtain a tourist visa from the Turkish embassy or consulate in their home country. Indonesian citizens must also obtain a tourist visa before travelling to Turkey. Both Indian and Indonesian citizens must present their passport and flight reservations when applying for a visa.

If you are a citizen of India, you can visit Turkey without a visa. However, if you want to stay for more than 90 days, you’ll need to apply for a visa at the Turkish Embassy or Consulate in your home country. You can also apply for a tourist visa if you’re only visiting Turkey for short periods of time.
If you’re an Indonesian citizen, you don’t need a visa to visit Turkey. However, because the two countries have a treaty relationship, Indonesia citizens are allowed to stay in Turkey for 90 days without a visa provided they have valid travel documents and maintain their original passport.
Turkey Visa for Indonesian Citizens
Indonesian citizens can apply for a tourist visa to visit Turkey. The visa process is quite simple and takes only a few days to complete. There are several requirements that you must meet in order to obtain the visa, including providing a valid passport, a photocopy of your passport page with your photo, and two recent passport-sized photographs. The application fee is USD 30.
Once you have submitted your application, you will receive an email notification informing you that your visa has been approved or declined. If your visa is approved, you will be required to pay a further USD 60 fee at the Turkish embassy or consulate in your home country. Once you have paid the fee, the embassy or consulate will issue you a visa certificate which you must carry with you when travelling to Turkey.
