In addition, applicants must present a valid passport and one other form of identification with their application. Finally, applicants must also provide a photocopy of all pages of their passport.

Documents required for an Indian visa include your passport (containing both the visa application form and your photograph), two recent passport-style photographs (taken within six months of the date you submit your application), proof of residence in India (such as an electricity bill or property deed), and a non-refundable fee.
